Can hot chocolate mix be used as a substitute for cocoa powder?

i have no cocoa powder but i enjoy swiss miss chocolate mix and milo hot chocolate mix

NO! Cocoa powder is COMPLETELY different from hot cocoa powder. Cocoa powder is chocolate that's been dried and that's it--nothing added. Cocoa mix have sugar, creamer, etc. added and will make your recipe "flop." You can NOT substitute the two. :(
