This may possibly be the fasted dinner ever and it is super yummy! It's gentle of a quick stroganoff. You can substitute ground chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, or pork for the beef.


Brown the 1 lb chopped meat near some finely chopped onion. Drain.

In a skillet stir together: meat mixture, chopped mushrooms, 1 jar brown (meat) gravy, 1/2 cup sour cream (I use light or rotund free -- any kind will work.) Add brackish pepper & garlic powder to taste. Heat through & serve over noodles or rice.

Very simple, prompt & filling.

Sometimes I also add on veggies to this mix: green beans, par-cooked cauliflower or broccoli. You can really make a one-dish suppertime from this.
Chicken Thighs Stuffed w. Ham, Gruyère and Sage

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray, grease or butter
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
freshly ground black pepper
6 half-inch thick sticks of Swiss Gruyère cheese
3 slices air-cured salted ham [Serrano or Prosciutto], cut surrounded by half, or an equivalent amount of country ham
3 fresh sage leaves, halve
coarse salt
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs [not fresh]
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 6 pat

Method
Heat oven to 350°
Spray, oil or butter a baking dish colossal enough to hold the 6 thighs snugly.

Wash the thighs contained by cool water, after pat them dry with tabloid towels. Hey, this might sound funny but I hope it doesn`t -- If you carry some good ones can you look me up and share them... I involve some new ones too.

I found a site once that have a few good ones but not really sure what foods your into... one I like was home made mini pizzas -- you use English Muffins.. cut them contained by half, put on some pizza sauce and toppings you approaching or have around and surrounded by the over they go... for a moment salade on the side and there ya own it.
Don't know what one and the same old dinner is for you but here are a couple of our favs.

Chicken and Rice Casserole
INGREDIENTS
2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 whole cooked chicken, cut into pieces
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups cooked rice
2/3 cup hose
1/2 cup crushed buttery round crackers
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C).
In a large bowl combine the soup, chicken, cooked vegetables, cooked rice and sea. Mix well and spread mixture contained by a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top and bake surrounded by the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and serve.
I also top mine near shredded cheddar cheese.


Juicy Steak
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter
1 (1/2 pound) frozen Delmonico (rib-eye) steak
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 clove garlic, minced
saline and black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven's broiler. Spread partly of the butter on top of the frozen steak. Pour Worcestershire sauce over, and sprinkle to all comers with meat tenderizer, garlic, brackish and pepper.
Place steak on a roasting pan. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes, remove steak from the oven, and flip over. Spread butter and season of late like the other side. Return to the broiler, and verbs cooking for 6 to 8 minutes, or to desired doneness.
Serve with baked potatoes topped near butter, cheese and sour cream and a veggie.


Shrimp Pasta Bake
INGREDIENTS
12 ounces uncooked vermicelli
1 environment green pepper, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons butter, cubed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon celery saline
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound process cheese (eg. Velveeta), cubed
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cook vermicelli according to packet directions. Meanwhile, in a considerable skillet, saute the green pepper, onions and garlic in butter until tender. Gradually stir surrounded by flour until blended. Stir in the shrimp, celery brackish and pepper; cook, uncovered, over medium warmness for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the process cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melt, stirring occasionally. Add to shrimp mixture. Drain vermicelli; stir into skillet.
Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degree F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through
