with out egg yolks.... and ingredients which are available every where on earth.....and a slight taste of coffee within it would be best!...thanks!
Answer:
Egg yolks are used surrounded by the custard part of chocolate mousse. Just around any true chocolate mousse recipe will require egg yolks. You can make an undemanding mousse by mixing chocolate pudding with whip cream. By adding a short time powdered coffee to the pudding you'll get that coffee flavor. Several companies also trade name mousse mixes that you just supply water to but you'd hold to check the ingredients lable to make sure nearby aren't any egg yolks in them.
I know this seems crazy, but I am really laid-back so here is my lazy recipe. Mix chocolate pudding (Instant Jello) and whip cream and add somewhat instant coffee (crystals) to it and it's great!
This is the easiest, fastest way I know! :)
heres a delicious, two ingredient, no egg, chocolate mousse!!
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
10 fluid ounces stocky cream
DIRECTIONS
Chop chocolate and place in top of a double boiler, or contained by a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
