don't boil them just steam them resting on your rice they come out perfect a short time ago pop them in when rice is bubbling .
I always do mine for six minutes - they are a bit bigger than a normal chicken egg and entail the extra time.
Put the egg within a pan of cold wet, just adequate to cover the egg. When it starts to boil time it for 3- 4 mins and remove of the heat, enlarge the egg straight away as it will carry on cooking. Enjoy.
