I'm attempting to make cookies. I enjoy one person who is allergic to eggs/poultry and one who allergic to soy. Thus we cannot use eggbeaters or anything resembling that. Any ideas on what I can use?

If you own a health food marketplace near you check and see if they enjoy and egg replacer such as Ener-G Egg Replacer. It has worked drastically well for the lacto-vegetarian side of our family.
