Answers:
1 (3 lb) whole chickens
1 lime
24 allspice berries (pimento beans)
2 ounces scallions
2 scotch bonnet pepper
5 sprigs fresh thyme
1/2 whole unbroken nutmeg (Grated)
1 pinch salt
2 garlic cloves
1 ounce paprika (for Color)
1 ounce grease (optional)
1/2 ounce soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

Put all ingredients within the Electric Blender,except the lime, and turn the selector to puree. Make sure the ingredients are blended well together earlier removing from Blender.
Cut up chicken 8-ways (Wing, Drumstick, Thigh, and Breast). Wash chicken parts in lime liquid and water. Remove meat from lime and sea solution and discard.
Next, you pour a little of the shove season that you just made on the chicken. Rub surrounded by the season with your mitt (use plastic gloves if you have them). Repeat doing this until adjectives the meat is covered with the season.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degree F.

1 tbsp ground allspice
2tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 ground cloves
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Put first 7 ingredients contained by a food processor, puree to a firm paste
Add the rest, blend until you own a thick blend. Add more oil a short time water if you call for to.
Keeps for 3 weeks in the fridge.

Now:
2 lbs chicken pieces
and 2-3 tbsp sunflower grease

Make slits in the meat. Rub go into spasm seasoning into chicen pieces. Marinate 2 - 24 hours in fridge.

You can cheat a bit. I've done it with jalapeno pepper or different types of grease, omitting one or two spices if you can't find what you entail. So SO good. Have fun!
