Does anyone have a recipe for rime cream cake frosting - like the loving that's on the Carvel ice cream cake? Also, are the chocolate crunchies just oreos short the cream?

if i'm not mistaken, the icing on top of carvel cake is just whip cream or cool whip, but i'm not 100% sure.and i hold never heard of chocolate crunchies, they nouns good though.
