2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 chili pepper
1 clove garlic (leave whole)
1/4 cup minced parsley

NICK'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE

olive grease
1/2 pkg jimmy dean spicy hot sausage
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 chopped pallid onion
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, diced
1 sizeable can hunts brand spaghetti sauce near mushrooms
1 sizeable can hunts brand spaghetti sauce next to meat
2 cloves garlic, peel and cut on ends
Italian seasoning
2 inlet leaves
1 career brackish (to taste)
1 bustle sugar (to taste)
