Not sure on the sauce (I use Ragu), but try this too...

Get Italian sausage. Grind it up, if needed.

Get sweet sausage (breakfast sausage) Grind it up too if needed.

Mix the 2 meat together 50/50 and receive the meatballs as you in general would. I prefer rather smaller quantity Italian sausage

Sautee some onions, crush (really) the sausage, incorporate to onions. Add some paprica, little bit of garlic, soy sauce and lots of ketschup to construct it sausy. Mix w. boiled spaghetti, sprinkle shreded cheese on top and pop within the oven for cca 10min.

Meatballs


2 pounds ground sausage (any type you like)
oSalt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
o1 colossal onion, finely chopped
o1 environment red bell pepper, finely chopped
o1 atmosphere pale bell pepper, finely chopped
o1 milieu red bell pepper, finely chopped
o4 – 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
o 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
o 1/4 cup finely chopped oregano
o 3/4 cup bread crumbs
o 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix or breadcrumbs
o1 – 2 big eggs
o 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
o1 prevailing conditions dollop of Dijon mustard
o3 tablespoons soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
oOil and butter for frying
oFlour to aid contained by rolling mixture into ball
