Any great macaroni and cheese recipes out there?


My husband LOVES homemade mac and cheese, and I'm looking for a blow-your-socks-off, creamy, super-cheesy recipe I can label him for Valentine's Day. Any accepted wisdom?? Thanks!

4 cups (1 pound) elbow macaroni
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cups milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
