Since you only enjoy a microwave, this will be tricky. I think you might be best bad if you let it defrost and made some charitable of fruit cobbler/something of the sort.
I would take my favorite fruit, cut it into small pieces, make the addition of sugar and water, cook it until soft and "sticky" within the microwave. Then I would add the puff pastry to it contained by chunks. Stir occassionaly. You could serve with a topping of confectioners sugar or vanilla rime cream.
In writ for puff pastry to puff, it needs to be surrounded by a 375 deg (fahrenheit) oven. I don't think you can bring it to puff in a microwave oven.
