Spicy lentils and rice: rinse canned lentils, mix beside a little curry bond, a few Tb of any tomato sauce, a little chicken broth and minced garlic (can attain this in for a while bottle) -simmer. Mixed with cooked basmati rice, I can put away this for dinner for several nights. Cheap, graceful, and healthy!

Soy burgers, integral wheat buns, naked chips and a salad.

Cooked chicken strips (no breading), salad greens, caesar dressing. Maybe a wholegrain roll too.

Some night I love minestrone (can be canned) and a wholegrain roll. Maybe a little salad too.
