Otsrich steak?

does any one have a recipe for ostrich steak zilch to salty plz
o yeah and anybody out nearby who has ignorent staments to build......keep them to ur self!! ONLY sharp thanxs

Ostrich is much like beef. I use a bit of granulated garlic, pepper and a bit bit of cumin. Pan fry or grill.
If you have a Weber/outside grill, ostrich is EXCELLENT only just rubbed with a litlle garlic, sprinkled beside fresh black pepper, and cooked on the grill until pink inside.

Ostrich steak is awesome! I love it better than sirloin. When I used to cook it at the restaurant I just tenderized it a bit, one little sprinkle of kosher brackish, and then grilled basically like a sirloin. They be actually popular for the nouns I was surrounded by. I never found it to be too salty doing it that style. Sometimes simple is best!
Lightly dust with saline and fresh ground pepper plus a dash of red wine.. Saute till milieu doneness. Too well cooked and it become tough like leather. Very lean and stout meat. Enjoy!
