Thighs are roughly speaking the best thing for currys. The bones incorporate flavour and juice to the curry. There is not adequate meat on legs or wings and breast will stay comparatively dry, no matter how long you cook it. I speak from a position of some experience as my wife is Indian, and we other use thighs...

if the west love chicken breast, the east loves chicken wing and chicken thighs! because wings and thighs hold bones, where the flavor of chicken is most concentrated. same sense why french chefs use bones to make their stocks and sauces. so, chicken thighs are great for curry! they own more flavor than chicken breast. you just obligation to simmer them longer.
dark meat is much better beside curry than chichen breast
i would suggest tandoori for chicken thighs marinated for 24 hours in tandoori and yogurt oven baked contained by tinfoil...ummmm yummy
Actually, yes but when I use chicken thighs I remove the skin because it is fatty and cook my curry in a casserole dish for just about one and a half hours to label sure it is thoroughly cooked.

My mum buys the pack of chicken barbeque pieces with it adjectives in and make curry with the leg, thugh, breast,wing.
Its lovely!!

Yes they are best, and I only close to chicken breasts, but when I make curry I use thighs and drumsticks create they take the curry better and drip apart, I can't get the breasts to filch the curry the same style no matter how long I cook it. Just rob the skin off.
