I bought a corned beef a couple of weeks ago, and never get around to cooking it. I checked for a "Best if used by" date on the carton to no avail. It still looks matching as the afternoon of purchase so I'm wondering if I can still use it??
Answers:
Corn beef precooked IF it is within a vacuum pod and is unopened and have be below refrigeration the hole time will ending 30 days + but it must come across the info above. Uncooked here should be a brand pet name on it if so in attendance should be a 1-800-# you could hail as to check beside them but 2 weeks & its ( unopended vacuum case ) you should be fine. If it be prepared by a deli or butcher and raped by paw 2 weeks is to long throw it out.

powerfully plain carton if it smells ok after yes
Any meat that starts to turn any color than human being red is BAD. If it's bygone one week of its due date, and still hasn't turned a different color (on any part) I still wouldn't use it.
3 days ancient the due date is my MAX unless in that is a color correction, and consequently it's outta here!
my husband would vote yes but I tend to trash anything moved out surrounded by the fridge over a week of late paranoia probably
Vacuum-packed crude Corned Beef within its paper last within the fridge for up to 7 days after the sell-by date (or until expiration date, if provided). You can freeze it within its covering for up to 1 month.
Look for a company phone number/address to verify sell-by date or expiration date or ask the meat department surrounded by the store you purchased it from.
