How can I cook a " selfish " to construct it more delicious ? Where can I buy " selfish" ?
Answers:
You aim shellfish. From crabs to clams. Good seafood seasoning will do, use of herbs will also enhance the flavor of any shellfish, specially garlic.
A resourcefully stock grocery should have it.
"Selfish" funds self-interested. It is not a fish, and is not (to my knowlege) cook-able.
