1/2 hour lunch... any planning?

I have a partly hour lunch. Does anyone have any design on some inexpensive and easy things to pack?

Answers:
This is a unproblematic way to guzzle lunch on a time crunch without it getting boring or too expensive. (no micro needed)

Homemade Deli Sandwiches
Pick plenty ingredients of choice to last you a week.

breads: (wheat, rye, pumpernickel, 7 crumb, buttermilk ,etc.) Keep in fridge to extend shelf existence.

meats: (smoked turkey, pastrami, honey ham, corned beef, roast beet, etc.)

cheese:( Munster, provolone, American cheddar, pepper jack,Swiss) etc.

With choices of mixed greens, alfalfa, tomatoes, onions, etc.
Condiments: ( spicy mustard's, Dijon, mayo, special spread, etc.)

Sides:
fresh veggies (cucumbers, carrot, celery, etc)

Fresh fruit:( apples, oranges, pears, peaches, cantelope, watermelon, etc.)

waters, teas, sodas for drinks.

Throw in a purse of trail mix , raisins, or nuts in luggage you get the munchies.

Prepare your lunch the darkness before. Make sure you put in everything to sandwhich for the exception of tomato, it will make sandwich soggy, so wrap it separately. Wrap sandwich surrounded by wax paper, will preserve it fresh. Place fruits and veggies in Tupperware containers and place adjectives items in a insulated lunch purse.

This menu is really cool because you can change up the menu on a daily basis , items are healthy (no preservatives or excess salts), and pallid but satisfying.
try making sandwhiches and fruit or yogurt or you can try frozen dinners that you put surrounded by the microwave it only take about 5 minutes to warmth up
A 6 pack of beer,
a thermos full of soup and some crackers.
a sandwich and some chips.
some pasta salad
fruit and cereal
a salad
cold chicken
anything that's remaining from dinner are very nice for lunch the subsequent day.
I engineer grain, pasta, or bean salads, and pack single servings contained by those inexpensive "glad-ware" containers. That, some cheese cubes (if there's no cheese in the salad) and an apple. If you want something salted, a small bag of chips. Works for me.
Oscar Mayer lately came out near those hot sandwiches and I own try the turkey and cheese and Ham and Swiss cheese they are delicious you and the come with mayonnaise and mustard and they are surefire for a quick nice Lunch, basically grab a soda or liquid from a vending machine and you perfect to go.
I feel that the best thing is salads and fresh fruit. This approach you don't have to refuse time waiting for food to heat up within the microwave.
Grab some ham and cheese croissants, sausage rolls or Cornish pasties from a bake shop. Freeze them. You can grab hold of one in the morning impressively quickly and they will soften during the morning. Take along with them a piece of fruit and some slices of cheese.

A roll or bagel along next to a salad works well.

If a microwave oven is handy, frozen pasta dinners are inexpensive, and commonly sufficient.
I worked a 10 hour day within hard physical employment but at night I would engineer a meal for 2 1/2 citizens and at lunchtime nuke the leftovers at work
