Recipe suggestions needed?

I have some leeks that have need of using today,i also have onions and potatoes ,any concept what i can make them into .

Answer:
Bubble and squeak beside chargrilled baby leeks
Ingredients
For the bubble and squeak
1 tbsp butter
1/2 onion, finely chopped
handful little one leeks, finely chopped
110g/4oz ready-made mashed potato
saline and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
For the leeks
4 infant leeks
1 tbsp olive oil
brackish and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp freshly grated parmesan, to serve

Method
1. Heat the butter in a frying jar and gently fry the onion and leeks until softened but not coloured.
2. Place the mash potato into a bowl. Add the onions and leeks, season well next to salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix capably.
3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into a pasty. Heat the oil surrounded by a frying pan and fry the meat pie, turning once, until golden-brown all over.
4. For the chargrilled leeks, place the leeks into a bowl beside the olive oil, season next to salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir in good health.
5. Heat a griddle pan and chargrill the leeks until wilted. Drizzle over the soy sauce.
6. To serve, place the bubble and squeak onto a plate, top near the leeks and sprinkle over the grated parmesan.
If you've get leeks onions are a bit of a waste of time. I'd shift for leek and potato soup.
soup. build vegetable soup or add contained by some chicken. you can use your crockpot for it.

You could always satuee the leeks and onions contained by 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and cut your potatoes contained by half next bake at 350 celcius for 20 mins.

Potato and Leek Soup

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
4 slender leeks, thouroughly cleaned, white and desk light green parts thinly sliced
4 surrounding substance sized potatoes, peeled and diced
8-9 cups wet
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper

PREP:
1. In a life-size dutch oven or soup pot, melt the butter over low fry. Add the leeks and sauté, stirring about 8-10 minutes or until golden.
2. Add the potatoes, 8 cups river and the salt.
Increase boil to high and bring the soup to a boil.
3. Reduct the warmness to low, partially cover the pot and simmer roughly 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding brackish and black pepper. Crush the potatoes with a fork and put in enough of the remaining marine to obtain a nice consistency.

Vichyssoise - cold leek & potato soup for the ones that don't know.

Cut up your leeks, onion and potato. Put surrounded by pan next to a little grease and soften for 5 mins. Add veg stock to cover adjectives the ingredients and add a few tbsp of chives if you hold them. Reduce to simmer and leave for 45 mins or so. Take sour the heat, blitz near a blender and add cream and season. Allow to cool. Enjoy!!

By the path, I haven't cut and pasted this close to the majority who put recipes on here!!
you need:
some feta cheese
courgettes
onions
eggs
salt&pepper
> grate the courgettes and supply some salt to them and vacate them for about 15 mins, squeeze the excess dampen, add finely chopped onions, eggs, cheese and pepper (some more brackish if applicable) make little cake and fry them >>yummy !
with the potatoes you can do some chips and next to the leeks, a leek soup!
Leek and onions fried until golden brown so that the sugars come out of them, cook the potatoes surrounded by a little hose down and when cooked pass through a sieve tag on the onions and leeks, seasoning to taste. Eat hot or cold
