here's a great shrimp lo mein recipe i've made tons times, my family loves it...
3/4 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
3 T cornstarch
1 T oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
12 oz fettuccine
1 tsp menacing asian sesame oil
2 T vegetable grease
1 1/2 pounds med shrimp, cleaned
4 scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 pound snap peas
2 sweet red peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
contained by small bowl whick together 1 cup water, broth, soy, cornstarch, oyster sauce and ginger for the sauce. cook fettuccine according to pkg instructions. drain. toss next to the sesame oil. Heat wok over dignified heat. Add 1 T veg grease. Add shrimp and stirfry until pink. 3 minutes. remove with slotted spoon. Add remaining grease. add scallions, garlic, snap peas and pepper. stirfry 5 minutes. Add sauce. bring to a simmer and cook for 30 seconds. stir surrounded by sprouts, then fettucine and shrimp..mix thoroughly to coat and boil thru, about 1 minute.

1 lb. egg noodles or spaggetti
1/2 lb crab meat
1/4 lb bean sprouts
1/2 cup rattan shoots
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp brackish
1 dash pepper
3 drops sesame grease, more or less
3 tbs grease
1/4 tsp salt
flake crab meat. Blanch bean sprouts. Slice wicker shoots, mushrooms and onion. Combine soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and sesame grease, set aside.Heat wok on high roast add grease. Add remaining salt, consequently

1 3/4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 3/4 cups sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion

2 cups snow peas
1 cup chow mein noodles

1. Bring a pot of lightly salted marine to a boil. Add
angel hair pasta and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until al
dente; drain.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, soy

3. Heat the grease in a wok over medium-high warmness. Stir in
the celery, mushrooms, pepper, and onion, and cook about
3 minutes. Add the broth mixture, bean sprouts, and snow

INGREDIENTS:
* 3/4 pound flank steak
* Marinade:
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
* Sauce:
* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
* 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
* 4 tablespoons beef broth
* 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
* Other:
* 8 ounces fresh egg noodles or Italian spaghetti
* 1 teaspoon sesame grease
* 1 large carrot, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
* 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, such as Napa
* 1 clove garlic, chopped
* 4 tablespoons grease for stir-frying, or as needed
PREPARATION:
Cut the beef across the grain into wasted strips. Add the marinade ingredients. Marinate the beef for 20 minutes.
While the beef is marinating, prepare the remaining ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, beef broth, and sugar.
Set aside.
Fill a voluminous saucepan with satisfactory lightly salted river to cover the noodles. Bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook, uncovered, until they are al dente. Use chopsticks or a wooden spoon to separate the noodles while they are cooking.
Drain the noodles and toss with the sesame grease.
Heat the wok over medium-high to high fry. Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add the beef. Brown briefly, later stir-fry until it changes color and is almost cooked. Set aside.

1/3 c Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
2 tb Vegetable oil -- divided
1/4 lb Fresh snow peas -- julienned
1 lg Carrot -- julienned
1/8 t Salt
2 ts Sesame pip -- toasted
Cut chicken into thin strips; coat near 1 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce. Let stand 30
minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta, omitting saline. Drain; rinse to cool and drain
thoroughly. Combine 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce and 3 Tbsp. water; set aside. Heat 1
Tbsp. grease in hot wok or roomy skillet over high steam. Add chicken and stir-fry 2
minutes; remove. Heat remaining oil surrounded by same pan. Add peas and carrot; sprinkle
near salt. Stir-fry 4 minutes. Add sauce mixture, chicken, pasta and sesame
