Cream is not available. I know you can mix regular milk with condensed for a substitute but do fail to remember proportions
Answers:
My recommendation for rime cream is to use regular milk in a pudding groundwork. Just add a pack of appropriately-flavored pudding to the recipe and use milk instead of cream. It freezes immensely well, and doesn't bring back nearly so hard as a regular recipe. It save fat AND add texture.
regular milk
goodgle or use a cookbook
most makers come next to recipes
don't u know..u don't add on condensed milk. just milk, rime ,rock salt. okay here is a recipe for choclate ice cream
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
1 1/2 c Milk
2 Large eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Whipping cream
1 t Vanilla extract
1.Melt the unsweetened chocolate higher than a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. Gradually whisk contained by the cocoa and heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. (The chocolate may "seize" or clump together. Don't verbs, the milk will dissolve it.) Whisk in the milk, a touch at a time, and heat until completely blended. Remove from the roast and let cool.
2. Whisk the eggs contained by a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk contained by the sugar, a little at a time, next continue whisk until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour within the cream and vanilla and whisk to blend.
3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream mixture and blend. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 1 to 2 hours, depending on your refrigerator.
4. Transfer the mixture to an rime cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions. Makes 1 quart.
