I know it sounds a little funny - but I use turkey rub. I buy one pretty big sized bottle of turkey rub and use it for lots of poutlry and for my thanksgiviing turkey as you would expect. The great thing around rubs is that you can always make a payment extra spices (or add them to sauces) if you want a short time different flavor!
