when i scorch cupcakes the top is okay but the inside is still not cooked very good why is that arranged?




Answers:
Move the vessel to a lower rack contained by the oven.

And did you set the heat at the right degree?
If it is too hot too soon, the outside will cook quicker than the inside.

Are you using metal pan? Try using a silicon cupcake tub. It works unbelievably economically and I found that it make the cupcakes of late right.
