Aside from Asian food (ie: Japanese, Chinese, Korean) here's a dish I've made...
Chicken Rice Casserole
2 fresh, boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 c long particle rice, or use Uncle Ben's
1/4 c frozen veggies resembling peas and carrot or broccoli
1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup
3 tsp sour cream
1/4 c shredded cheese (ie: cheddar, american)
1 small sack of plain potato chips
Add 1 cup rice to 1 cup hose within a pot.
Heat until bubbled and turn to low. Cook for 10 minutes, and after turn rotten grill. You can skip if using Uncle Ben's instant.
Meanwhile, while rice is cooking...
In a roomy bowl, attach frozen veggies, cream mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheese and 1/2 cup marine. Mix ably.
In a baking dish, supply the rice next the chicken pieces.
Then attach the veggie mix to the baking dish. Cover mix next to 1 small backpack of crushed potato chips-- in the order of 1 1/2 cups. Add more cheese if desired.
Cover next to foil and burn for 45-50 minutes at 350 degree.
Test rice up to that time serving. Rice should be soft not rock-hard. If unsuspecting, give 1/4 cup river, mix and scorch for 15 more minutes.

Rice go in good health near any non-carb food similar to meat, tofu, vegetables, etc. I suggest not intake it beside noodles, bread, potatoes and grain (unless they are seasoned well)
