attach some ketchup when you're cooking it in a frying tub
this adds some moisture
and when it mixes next to the juices of the liver it's pretty yummy

Okay, I similar to to fry some bacon to get the rotund before cooking the liver. Once the bacon is done next I flour the liver and have the jar nice and hot I put the liver in it and cook the liver on respectively side about 3 minutes. The blood should come to the top and consequently turn. Only flip once or twice if the blood comes to the surface on the second side. If you are doing onions I would do them before the liver but not while you are cooking the liver. This would cool the overweight too much. The whole cooking time for the liver should not be more than 6-8 minutes. Then after cooking the liver I similar to to make liver gravy by putting some of the flour contained by the fat i.e. left and frying it similar to a roux for just a bit and consequently adding some milk and stir until nice and tacky like gravy. I resembling to have stewed tomatoes near this.
Key things: grease hot and do not crowd pan. Cook singular until liver is done 6-8 minutes

1) get approximately 1lb of Ox or calves liver and considerately fry for 2 mins to seal the flavour.
2) coarsely chop 1 immense onion or 2 medium onions and compassionately fry for 2 or 3 mins or until onions are soft.
3) place onions and liver in a sizeable casserole dish and cover with gravy.
Put lid on dish and cook contained by the oven on a low heat for 1 - 1.5 hours.
Delicious!!
I had this for dinner contained by a Chinese restaurant once and always cook it this route. Stay really moist and tastes great.

bread or cracker crumbs
1 egg, defeated
flour, seasoned with saline and pepper
Dip the liver in the flour consequently egg and finally the crumbs. Fry some bacon in frying tub along with the onions. Cool and crumble the bacon. Fry the liver (add some marg or butter save enough bacon fat)on environment heat until browned, after flip to other side and cook until brown. I like to serve my liver near some beef gravy, oh so good
