Use a whole 8 oz bottle of soy sauce and a rucksack of brown sugar mix it together and bring to boil.. as you are cooking the wings baste them next to the sauce.. Fantastic tasting and simple..
wing are easy to cook. I would season them consequently use a commerical bbq sauce to marinate them for a few hours. Cook them on the BBQ, which will be fairly speedy and then brush honey on them a few minutes past you are ready to remove them. Viola, honey bbq wing.

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons chile sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken contained by a shallow, medium dish.
In a milieu bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, molasses, chile sauce, ground ginger and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degree C).
In a large baking dish, arrange chicken contained by a single layer. Bake within the preheated oven approximately 50 minutes, brushing with remaining soy sauce mixture recurrently and turning once, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
