I use non stick spray and I will never stop using it, it's cheaper than parchement and easy to use. Buy the Dawn smart shot, sold right beside the dish detergent. It works wonders for anything that is baked on, caked on, etc.. Just follow the directions, spray it first and consent to it sit while you do the rest of your dishes, and presto. It was created for the completely same reason you (and I) have need of it.
#1. Stop using non-stick spray! Use parchment paper instead.
#2. Try Barkeeper's Friend. It seem to remove ANYTHING from pots and pans.

Get some peroxide, poor, permit is sit for 5 - 10 minutes, gently scrub and rinse
Greased Lightning is a miracle. Spray it on and tolerate it sit for 10 minutes and it will dissolve anything. Even burned on food.
This is what I use every time I see spots on my baking ware. I get 2 tbs of baking soda surrounded by put on the baking ware then put hot river over it an then scrub. That should sustain you get the spots rotten quick.
Baking soda will work. Also works for anything really stuck to saucepans too.
I read on here one time that someone suggested to use spray on oven cleaner. Though sometimes I a short time ago use a simple S.O.S. pad as long as it's not a non stick tub.
When I brought my non-stick bakeware I was told never to use a aerosol non-stick cooking spray for this enormously reason. I have never heard of that until consequently - I was advise to use a brush in cooking grease or a spray bottle to put your cooking oil contained by. For some reason aerosol sprays are not accurate for your bakeware.
there is a cleaner caleed ber keeper friend and you should be able to find it contained by the cleaning supply section at your local walmart or high chain grocery stores freshly sprinkle on and scrub with delicately wetten scruber and your pans will be resembling new
