Lemon handrail recipe?

I am a finatic when it comes to lemon bars, who have the best recipe?

I've tried this recipe & we love it.
Lemon cheesecake bars
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 bag cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2/3 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon coating
1 cup sour cream
Combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar in prevailing conditions bowl. Cut in butter beside pastry blender or two knives until crumbly. Press ontobottom and 1-inch up sides of 13x9 inch baking tub. Bake in preheated
350 degree F. oven for 25 minutes.

Place cream cheese, eggs, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, lemon juice, lemon crust in blender container, cover.Blend until smooth. Pour into to a certain extent baked crust. Bake for additional 15 minutes or until set. Cool on rack. Spread sour cream over top, chill. Cut into bar.

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cup oatmeal (not instant)
Juice of 3 lemons
Zest of 2 lemons, chopped fine
Zest of 1 orange, chopped fine
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Cream butter and sugar, after add the flour and oatmeal to label the dough (it will be a little crumbly). Set aside. Stir liquid and zest into milk. Set aside. Butter (or spray) a 9 by 13 inch pan. Press two-thirds to three-quarters of the dough into the jar. Spread lemon/milk mixture evenly over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the remaining dough (kind of like streusel) over the top. Bake at 350 degree for 30 to 35 minutes until golden. When cool, slice into 1-inch squares

I use the one from cookinglight.com. It's under "lemon squares". They are my out-and-out favorites. And simple too!
Lemon Bars

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. lemon liquid
1 c. coconut
Mix 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups flour; press into long pan and boil at 350 for 25 minutes.
Beat 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 6 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 cup coconut. Pour wadding into crust, Bake for 25 minutes at 350.
Twice the Lemon Lemon Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room heat
4 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon liquid
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
Powdered sugar

Method
Preheat oven to 350°

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar surrounded by large bowl. Add butter and cut contained by until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish. Bake until golden brown, almost 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Maintain oven temperature

Beat eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar, lemon liquid, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon flour and lemon peel within medium bowl to blend. Pour into crust. Bake until mixture is set, in the order of 20 minutes. Cool

Cut into 24 bars, consequently sift powdered sugar over top.
