What are some uses (recipes) for unripe apricots? I enjoy hundreds on my pasture that hold fall past its sell-by date due to interweave.

I hate to permit them go to spend in dribs and drabs! Please note I cannot can/jar anything; no time, aptitude or interest! Just simple recipes/suggestions is what I'm after.

You can make apricot cookies..apricot preserves to pour over rime cream (does not require canning)..apricot smoothies.apricot and pineapple salsa, sounds strange but its SO GOOD!!
unripe apricots can cause stomach ache. Gather them up and put them in a daily sack or box in a cool shadows place until the ripen. Use them just resembling you would peaches.
Well firstly you need to ripen them:

To ripen apricots, place them within a sealed plastic or quality newspaper bag and hold on to them at room temperature.

Apricot liquor don't know how but it is the only entity I can think of.possibly I need a drink.
you hold allready summed it UP.. No time..
get them rotten the ground as fast as you can
spread them out on a sheet of plywood OR.
hold on to them dry.
Put an add within your paper 'free to pick up'.
I agree you own to ripen them first. Place in a newspaper bag and preserve in a cool dry place. Then clear Cobbler!

Apricot Cobbler

Filling:
1 lb. fresh apricots, halved

Topping:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. saline
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine ingredients and sprinkle topping over apricots; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Delicious served near ice cream

Simple. Making conserve out of them is a way to capture rid of that nasty tartness. Make sure to put lots of sugar though to drown out the sour taste.
