Indian's put water to plain yogurt ... next heat some grease then fry mustard kernel, thinly slice shallots n green chilli's afterwards add to the yogurt , also put in salt. but chill it past drinking for better result. it also helps to come down the steam created in the body ... due to excess drinking...

I other use resolve available in most stores, great stuff for curing hangover and makes you quality better within an hour, stash it.
