Recently I bought some coconut liqueur on vacation. It taste decent straight, but does anyone know of any accurate cocktails that use coconut liqueur? (It's not Malibu, it's some Chinese liqueur.) Recipe please?

U can try these & add some of the liqueur to it .

one can cream of coconut - black sticky label w/ a coconut tree on it
one can pineapple juice - the two quart size one
mix contained by pitcher
fill blender beside ice, give rum to taste, permeate 2/3 full of pineapple coconut liqueur & coconut mix
Hit blend.
pour into glass

Also possibly add to pina colada
6 oz Bacardi Black rum
6 0z of coconut liqueur
8 oz Cream of coconut (Coco Lopes)
8 oz Pineapple liquid
Ice
1 wedge Pineapple
Mixing instructions:
Combine Rum, Cream of Coconut and Pineapple Juice within a regular sized blender. Blend on low speed to mix liquid ingredients. Fill blender to top near ice. Blend on lofty speed until ice is coarse. Pour into hurricane glass and accessories with pineapple block
YOU CAN USE IT THE SAME AS YOU WOULD IF IT WERE MALIBU. MIX IT WITH ICE PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT MILK. SAVE ONE FOR ME.
You might want to try making a Pina Colada with it; 2 honest sized scoops of rime into blender with 1 1/2 shots of Bacardi, 2 shots of your coconut liquor, or more to fancy. Blend until slushy and adjust accordingly. Garnish next to pineapple spear. Or add banana liquor for a more tropical flavor. Serve surrounded by a margarita glass, next to sugared rim, if you prefer.
