Personally i think it's merely a case of drinking too much, empire all influence about mixing drinks but doesnt affect me.
I ruminate the worry in the order of mixing drink might just be an urban myth thats evolved because commonly the people who mix their drinks are the ones drinking the most.

You don't. It is a myth. People have attributed "Beer in the past liquor never been sicker" to the reality that you drink beer much quicker than hard liquor. So when you switch from beer to knotty liquor, people tend to verbs to drink at the same gait, consume too much alcohol too quickly, and bring back sick.
You don't attain sick from mixing liquor with beer, you just get sick when you drink too much.
I think the wise saying is beer before liquor never sicker liquor up to that time beer never fear. My personal hypothesis is that when you drink beer first you have adjectives this beer in your stomach and next you add liquor and adjectives the beer just mixes next to the liqour and the beer turns basically into the liquor and later it all hits you at once. But if you drink liquor first, you tend not to drink as much beer because your already buzzing from the shots.
well, you must other remember that Liquor must be almost entirely alone in your stomach to move into your bloodstream, or the food within your stomach pretty much digested. Just like if you hold a full stomach after eating, afterwards you start hitting the Jack, You wont really feel it for give or take a few eh, 30 minutes or less, it really depends on your metabolism. Anyways, you'll enjoy a slight buzz from the liquor, and by the time you start wondering why you drank so much and you didn't feel anything, you'll be drunk on the floor, puking your guts adjectives over the place.
