If you are on a calorie controlled diet?

and are planning on having a few alcoholic beverages the weekend, what would be the best drink to own, one that wont get me paraletic hic hic

Answer:
There are lone 65 calories in a Bacardi and Diet Coke and I love them!! No carbs though!
White wine and soda
LOL, red wine would be lowest surrounded by calories and fairly lofty in nutrition. Beer is big in nutrition, but also dignified in calories, though the muted ones are less so. Spirits near a no calorie mixer (diet soda or water) have no carbs. So it form of depends what specific diet you're doing.
try this site it give you the calorie contenet of a variety of drinks, a short time ago remember if you having a mixer own soda or diet cola

Whatever you agree on to drink (red wine is probably best) remember that the serving size is important. If you drink a substantial glass of wine that could be between 2-3 servings. Maybe try a wine spritzer near diet soda?
Diet coke beside a shot of rum.

Or they have some lower calorie rums on the souk also.
Either a white or red wine (red have better "health" properties) or a diet soda and vodka. I am training for a fitness competition, and I find that these are the best for me. You can also try light beers, but I simply do not delight in the taste. I really savour either lemon, vanilla or coconut flavored vodka near diet coke. Also, a vodka tonic would be a good one, it characteristics of taste close to a lemon-lime soda if it is mixed properly.
All alcohol have calories AND carboydrates. There is not any that are better than the others. I am on a calorie restricted diet as in good health and do enjoy have a drink on the weekends...so instead of drinking what may be less contained by calories or carbs, I just rein in myself to 2 tops and then cause sure I do not eat other carbs or sugars the rest of the time.
Single Malt Scotch on the rocks or near water.
Yes, I only drink Friday and Saturday night now, I've cut down plentifully, I love my wine, but it's a lot within calories. I've started drinking White rum, so i'm not drinking as much and can dilute it with coke or something else. It's nice beside Dr Pepper zero, or Lilt zilch.
wine or diet coke and rum...

stay away from non-diet sodas, regular beers and liquid
