If you like completely deep, peppery wine, consequently I'd agree with the first answer -- Zinfindel. Though, I don't usually set of two such a heavy red wine next to chicken! Save the reds for heartier red meats (like a rib-eye) that can stand up to such a powerful red wine resembling Zinfindel.
I would suggest a clean-cut white wine like a dry Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, or Pinot Grigio. I focus you'll find the lemon flavor in the chicken to mesh better beside these white wines. Make sure you read the descriptions on each bottle though -- some can be infused beside other fruit flavors like peach, which you wouldn't necessarily want to overpower your lemon chicken. Perhaps go and get 2 or 3 kinds and do your own wine taste! <smile>
P.S. You've just made me really hungry for lemon chicken!
P.S.S. I assumed by 'lemon chicken' that you intended a grilled or baked skinless chicken (not the deep fried Chinese course), so that is to say what I based my suggestions on.
