My own "Texican Hell". It's a Mexican Lager pellet bill with some Southern German Lager Yeast I own been lagering for give or take a few 2 months. We won third place with the recipe at the Blue Bonnett Brew Off contained by Dallas earlier this year. Mmmmm.
