best until that time - high carbs/fat, pizza is my fav
best during - occasional dampen, any fast food (including the ride home)
best after - lost of river, fruit juice, vitamins & a full breakfast of doesn`t matter what you feel resembling eating lacking puking (chocolate on the side is the lifesaver for me!)
considering health grounds - don't binge drink at adjectives, but if you must, be prepared to work it off afterwards next to excercise and a balanced diet crammed full with vitamins and river to clean out your system and grasp you back on track ; )

I am not sure if you are trying to avoid getting sick or avoid getting a hangover, but I enjoy heard that intake something along the lines of rice or bread helps you surrounded by the absorption of alcohol, and also help in the digestive nouns too. I also heard that drinking something or anything is better than nothing at adjectives.
I always try to devour protein before i drink and afterwards before i sleep i munch through a couple of pieces of toast and have a big class of hose. and i usually don't have to impossible of a hang over. When i get up up i take a mild throbbing killer and dance about my morning as usual.

i like a correct pad thai, it's slightly slimy. or maki's are the best. just as long as your not too stuffed. and after usually something stout again like a burger anything meaty.
I enjoy no 'health grounds' to back this up, but on my college graduation, my family connections took me out to eat surrounded by leui of a graduation party. I have steak, baked potato, chicken fingers, mozarella sticks, hot chocolate, and toll house pie. I drank a six-pack of smirnoff wild grape previously we even got to the public house and I didn't feel ANY of it. I didn't discern drunk the whole hours of darkness. Afterwards, I got potato skins from Irvings. Not exactly robust (I think I gain five pounds from that night alone), but I definitely didn't drink on an empty stomach.
I've other heard put away heavy, and greasy foods are the best. Achohol guzzle away at anything in your stomach and that will breed it harded to actually achieve to your insides.
