in an over-sized shot chalice, place 1 oz. peppermint schnapps. take a plastic drinking straw and dip into a second shot cup filled beside bailey's Irish creme liquor, place finger over top opening of straw & remove from chalice. wipe off exterior of straw near a napkin. place bailey's filled straw into the center of peppermint schnapps packed shot glass and release finger to allow baileys to curl into the schnapps. do not stir. remove bailey's straw carfully. this will create a "brain" within the schnapps. you can even drizzle a little grenadine down the bailey's straw previously you remove it to make a "bloody brain." terrific for halloween party, but just as scrumptious any other time of the year.
Gingerbread shot- 1 part of the pack Cinnamon liqueur and 2 parts Irish cream....mmm
