If you are asking the question because you are considering on getting a bartending opening, It would have to depend on your experiance and what type of hotel it is.
I have a friend who have no experiance in bartending at adjectives and started her first shift alone in the block after one night of training but the pole is a Beer only block. I also have a friend who have more than 10 yrs exp. bartending and has started her first shift after individual a few days at certain bar and there have been other bar that have made her keep on a few weeks to start.
not long.. no more than a week
The next time! I worked in restaurants for a while, so I know the basics and trained myself at home. Therefore, I straight knew what I needed to do.
I get hired on a Friday and had my first shift on Saturday. I have help the first shift and be on my own from there. My tablet served everything from beer on tap to any mixed drink. It take a little getting used to but it's a see *** job! You be paid lots of money basically anyone the hostess of your own personal party! =)
