martini afficianados have their preferances to stir a martini supposedly doesn't bruis the gin or vodka shaking it imply just that shaking! the best agency to make one is to put rime in the shaker put within vermouth strain the vermouth and stir in alcohol consequently strain just the right amout of vermouth clings to the rime and is an exceptionally good martini for those who resembling it dry
I don't know ask James bond, he always resembling them stirred; but seriously I think you "bruise" the gin to much surrounded by shaken.
