Hi Tony c, i'm well within to wine and winemaking, read you question, and own done a bit of research on this "koraji wine" "Koraji" is a plant in West Africa, there's nil special about it, as you can take home wine out of absolutely anything, there's zilch unusual about that, its probably that someone have made wine from this plant, and somewhere down the line, you own heard give or take a few it, hence the question, as i read out, i have never hear of it.
Please put me right if i am wrong, as i am always predisposed to learn.
