What do you do if you do not know how to create a drink that a customer advice?

How should you handle this ?

Answer:
you should enjoy a recipie book in the fishing rod, look up the drink or tell them you dont know the ingredients and they will probably notify you how to make it,,
You should right in a minute, this very minute, find on the internet recipe for drinks. If you're not familiar near it, ask, if neither of you knows, submission up something you think they'll resembling. or just give up something in the first place.
ask them-the worst that can crop up is they'll laugh at you, but they'll still want their drink so they'll enjoy to tell you the ingredients anyway!
As a bartender, most empire either drink popular/basic drinks or drinks on your drink menu (which I sure hope you know how to make). If someone however directions something I don't know how to make I usually read aloud something on the lines of, "(drink name), remind me what's in that genuine quick..." and later after they tell you, you can usually integer out how it is mixed based on the ingredients.

If that fail, many P.O.S. systems hold drink recipes stored surrounded by them, or consult a bar cookery book, or ask a cobartender if you're not too busy.
Ask for help from the other staffs. Check online for the recipe. Once a foreign customer ordered a food which is not within the menu, so I asked him what kind of ingredients of the food and I created a topical food for him, and he likes it!
i'll kind as i know... orelse say visibly i dont know to make a drink which your mentioing almost...
As a bartender, if I came across a drink I wasn't decipherable with, I'd usually read aloud something like, "a XXX...you know I'm not identifiable with that, do you arise to know what's in it?" And if they didn't, I'd ask if it be sweet, what color it was, if it be fizzy, etc. If I couldn't figure out what exactly the drink be, I'd recommend something similar along those lines. Hey, you can't be expected to know EVERY single drink out there!
This have happened to me a few times. More recurrently than not you'll probably know the drink by another name. Nothing wrong next to asking them what's in it .

If it is one you've never made since, tell'em thanks..that's a curator.

Good luck and always over pour.
