"house liquor " is also call " rail liquor ", it is the cheap stuff beside names not a soul has hear of
"House liquor" is the cheap stuff that you probably have never hear of, a.k.a. "well liquor." The name-brands you typically hear are what places phone call "top shelf."
Also call "rotgut", the cheapest, worst hangover, etc.
house liquor is low end or cheep.its kept surrounded by the speed rack or well, which is located infront, down low losing the bar...the usual brand within a speed rack is STOCK.
the high wind up or expensive liquors are kept on display at the back the bar, drinks that use the high-ranking end liquor cost more.
whether or not you get served house liquor depends on how you establish a drink...do you say rum and coke or do you read out Bacardi and coke, understand?
