If I'm 20 yrs old and I'm married to a guy i.e. 21 years old...Can I drink at Bars surrounded by TEXAS?
Answers:
When you turn 21 you can.
no you cant, the only course you can do that is if hes your legalized guardian, but hes not that, hes your legal spouse. so acquire beer and take it to your house
not lawfully.
No, however you can sign a legal & binding contract for simply about anything! Hmmmm, what is wrong beside that picture?
I had to appropriate some TABC classes about 10 years ago, and at that time, the answer be YES. Don't know today, but you should be able to verbs up the TABC website and find out. However, this is not something that they would teach servers contained by a restaurant, and you will most likely not grasp the drink if they ID you.
My fiance is a TABC licensed bartender in Texas and yes properly you can drink with your husband present. You may hold to carry around a copy of your marriage ceremony license along with your ID though. I am a couple years elder than my fiance and we are going to be getting married about 6 months until that time he turns 21 so we're going to be in one and the same situation. He already told me that I'm going to be the designated driver for a while. Haha! Some people may not be informed of the statute so if you get any trouble in recent times ask for a manager. They darn powerfully better know the correct laws.
yes you can drink the beer
