Not so quick my friend. Glass and plastic bottles are twist sour, but the sweet, aluminum ones are not. Found this out the hard method on the middle of our golf course when they forgot to send an opening along with us.
I hold drunk (no pun intended) over 600 different types of beer from every corner of the world, so I know a bit about beer. There is an smooth rule of thumb when it comes to American beer: if it is tasteless macro-brew made for the sole purpose of getting you drunk it's a twist-off; if it's a pretentious micro-brew made to predilection good, it could be any; if it's someone's home brew, you need a bottle introduction.
Twist off, unless you own a banister then sometimes they own returnable bottles that aren't but I dont see many of those anymore.
