Well...I just did it.
I have been drinking wine - 5-6 goggles EVERY SINGLE night (at home) for the recent past 20+ years. I would rarely dance to bed sober, and many night I wouldn't even remember if my husband and I had made love the darkness before. But, I be not sloppy, or loud and people really didn't know how much I have been drinking. I finally approved that for many reason (including my weight) I needed to just STOP. And I did.
I haven't have a single drink in 3 weeks - and I'm doing very well. I just stopped on my own. It's pretty nice wake up in the morning idea fresh and not hung over! My weight loss should be great at Weight Watchers this week too!
Rehab!
What did it for me be getting rid of the a-hole in my vivacity that made me feel approaching I needed a 6- pack every night. I still drink a few beers a week, but not anywhere fundamental where I used to. It's save me a ton of money!
Go to rehab and after join AA.
Support from family, friends, and AA. It other takes a circle of citizens to be there when you requirement them the most.

DON'T HANG OUT FELLOW DRINKERS.THEN TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME.REFUSE TO GIVE UP.

I am currently enrol for my problem with hypochondria, but in that are several groups devoted to substance abuse as ably. It's no replacement for psychiatry or psychology, but as far as group accountability, it's hard to pace.
going to AA meeting and geting a sponsor. and you should probably try getting rid of all the booze contained by your house and stay away from bars and places that serve booze
It's simple, don't drink. Join a group like AA and stay away from your ancient drinking buddies.
Drink coffee or something beside caffine in it. Then stay away from the handrail and friends that drink for a while until the urge is gone. Keep you some coffee around.
