As a bartender I hold done all the things everyone have mentioned and no one give a damn. So long as you are not caught do what you like.

Eating infornt of the patrons
Not being verbs (personal hygiene)
Being rude
Arriving late
Generally man unprofessional
You just want to hold the best interest of the bar, restaurant and yourself at foot.
over-pour, grasp too "personal" with your customers, catch drunk on the job, showing up on the dot, serving minors, not cleaning the bar correctly, giving out free drinks to your friends...the detail goes on and on...
