Maybe you are a short time bit allergic to it? (allergic to grapes or the alcohol in the wine?)

Please stop drinking wine if it's going to engineer you feel this path.

There are plenty of other alcoholic drinks that you can consume and not have this spontaneous effect.

Wines contain sulfites, equal thing that restaurants put on salad bar to keep fruits and vegetables looking fresh. This is also what give you that strange headache as soon as you drink the wine, particularly red wine. Some population are very sensitive to this ingredient and should take care if the symptoms are that strong.
Short answer...if it's red wine it's probably sulfites. The US makes us put sulfites within our wines to preserve them. Actual wine from Europe doesn't contain these. It could also be an alcohol allergy. My mother and a couple friends have an actual allergy to alcohol so no cold tablets or mouth wash for them.
