Abc canon drinking trailing the pub?

rules for bartenders

Answers:
It can vary from state to state.here is an example from Alaska

The alcoholic beverage law do not prohibit licensees or their agents or employees from drinking. However it is forbidden for a drunken person to remain on licensed premises. So if a bartender become drunk the bartender could face criminal charges and the liquor license could be contained by jeopardy.
Yes it does vary from state to state.

But most states do not set a directive against it.. normally its up to the restaurant to do that. I enjoy worked in several rests and respectively one is a little different when it comes to that. Some strictly enforce it... and some dont watchfulness as long as you dont get drunk.
