What Ice Wine would you recommend?

We have a liquor store where an out-of-date Austria man gave me much information around liquors etc.

He turned me on to The Blue Nun $7.98. I cook next to it, put in contained by ice and it is wonderful. Great near fish and meat.

Jouis Jadot Chardonny is a great white or Robert Mondovi Merlot is a nice mellow red.
