I would be surprised if you didn't find it at the St Louis Farmer's Market on 7th St in Soulard. Their prices, trait and freshness all will probably be the best you'll find within the metro area. It's not on the East side sorry but I mull over you'll find the trip well worth it. Plus you can go and get all kind of other produce and flowers much fresher and at better prices then at the grocery store. Personally I recommend Frandeka's inside the leading hall but if they don't own it then there's a poultry stand on the departed side I believe on the 7th street side. You will have to budge early though because profusely of venders take sour around noon. Of course Saturday morning is the big event so expect crowds but also expect everyone to be unseal at that time with their best deal.
Good luck in Illinois and don't even try within Cali.
